There are a ton of great suggestions and examples for customer service and leadership. This is an easy to read guide to put into immediate action. Aretha Morris included several transparent moments that a lot of people can relate to personally & professionally. The chapters on various leadership styles and developing your leadership style was extremely insightful. “Oh-Oh What Happened?” Made me laugh as I've had those moments before. Being told to go breathe & drink water is 5 star! | will definitely share with colleagues to use as an additional training tool for our entire staff."

Absolutely adorable story. I love the full page illustrations & quality paper. My 5 year old has read this book multiple times and carries it in her purse. She said Hilary looks like her. She now wants to play dress up with my clothes & bake a cake. Kudos to the Mom for writing a book about her daughter.
